This position offers an entirely remote work setting, allowing you to fulfill counseling duties from the comfort of your own home. Our outpatient office model means that you will provide care through video chat, connecting with clients from diverse backgrounds. You will have access to our state-of-the-art online counseling platform, designed to streamline your workflow, allowing you to focus on delivering exceptional client care.

• Conduct individual counseling sessions through secure video chat, providing support and guidance to enhance clients' mental health and emotional well-being.
• Facilitate discussions focusing on clients' emotions, experiences, and thoughts, helping them to develop personal insights and healthier coping strategies.
• Act as an advocate for clients, assisting them in identifying and achieving their treatment goals while fostering a trusting therapeutic relationship.
• Evaluate clients’ mental health conditions using evidence-based practices and customize treatment plans tailored to each client's unique needs and goals.
• Maintain organized and up-to-date case notes, ensuring compliance with all applicable regulations while minimizing paperwork through our integrated systems.

Your clients will predominantly consist of stable adults who have been pre-screened for low acuity mental health issues. This means that you can expect to work with individuals who are ready to engage in their therapeutic journey without the complexities often associated with severe mental health cases. We diligently pair you with clients whose needs align with your professional expertise and therapeutic style, ensuring a good fit for both parties.

Candidates for this position must possess a Master’s degree in one of the following fields: Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology. Additionally, applicants must hold a full, unrestricted license to practice independently, such as:

• Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)
• Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC)
• Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW)

*Note: Candidates with provisional licenses or those facing disciplinary actions are not eligible.

• Demonstrated ability to make clinical evaluations, decisions, and treatment recommendations.
• Strong interpersonal skills with a genuine empathetic nature that allows for effective client engagement.
• Proficiency in using technology, especially in navigating digital counseling platforms.

• Competitive annual salary ranging from USD 115,000 to 130,000, based on experience and hours worked.
• Weekly direct deposit for consistent and timely payroll.
