Fast Strike Wellness Clinic is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Remote Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to join our dynamic team. Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough assessments of clients’ mental health needs and develop tailored treatment plans that address their specific challenges.
  • Provide individual counseling and therapy sessions via telemedicine, utilizing video conferencing technologies and electronic health records to streamline care.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records, chart progress, and document treatment plans to ensure continuity of care.
  • Collaborate with medical professionals and other care providers to deliver an integrated approach to mental health services, ensuring that all aspects of a patient’s health are considered.
  • Regularly evaluate client progress, making adjustments to treatment strategies as needed to optimize outcomes.
Patient Population / Client Focus

You will primarily work with a diverse client population, including individuals dealing with chronic mental health conditions and those affected by substance use issues. Our clients may face various challenges, from anxiety and depression to more complex situations requiring nuanced care strategies. Your expertise will play a critical role in helping clients navigate these challenges, improve their quality of life, and achieve their personal goals.

Qualifications
  • A valid Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) license in Oregon.
