Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute channel marketing strategies to support key retailers, including in-store, digital, and omnichannel initiatives
  • Own and drive retailer marketing and merchandising strategies to achieve sell-through growth and revenue goals
  • Manage retail media activations with partners such as Walmart Media Connect and Roundel, defining KPIs, pacing budgets, and analyzing ROAS and sell-through performance to optimize campaign effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Product, and Brand Marketing, to tailor marketing efforts per retailer
  • Manage and implement product launch support, ensuring timely execution of marketing assets, training materials, and promotional campaigns.
  • Monitor and analyze market trends, competitive activities, and customer insights to inform marketing strategies and decision-making
  • Help partners put in place KPIs to measure marketing activities efficacy
  • Own weekly reporting of retailer sell-through and marketing executions.
  • Serve as the primary marketing point of contact for assigned retail partners, ensuring strong relationships and alignment on business objectives.
