  • Strongly Preferred -- Hands-on experience integrating acquired businesses onto shared financial systems, payroll, and reporting structures

  • 8-10+ years of overall accounting/finance experience
  • 5+ years working inside an acquisitive, multi-entity platform
  • Comfortable building processes and systems from scratch, with no existing framework to lean on
  • Strong self-starter, able to operate with significant ambiguity
  • Background at a private equity-backed platform
  • Track record supporting M&A financial due diligence and integration planning
  • Plus: Experience with Sage Intacct, ServiceTitan, ADP
  • Plus: Experience migrating an acquired business from a smaller system (e.g., QuickBooks) onto an enterprise platform
