How you’ll make an impact in this role
  • Deliver engaging virtual classroom training for revenue cycle teams, equipping staff with the knowledge to improve claim accuracy, reimbursement, and overall revenue cycle performance.
  • Facilitate training on billing fundamentals, insurance authorizations, denial management, charge capture, and claims workflows to support compliant revenue cycle operations.
  • Collaborate with management and subject matter experts to identify performance gaps, assess learning needs, and develop targeted virtual training that improves operational outcomes.
  • Provide education on revenue cycle best practices, including claims submission, appeals, payer processes, and accurate clinical documentation to support timely reimbursement.
  • Maintain current knowledge of revenue cycle regulations, instructional best practices, and healthcare technologies, including Electronic Health Records (EHR) such as Epic, Cerner, and athenahealth, to deliver relevant, high-impact training.

What minimum requirements you’ll need

Education:

  • High School diploma equivalency with 2 years of cumulative experience OR Associate's degree/Bachelor's degree OR 4 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.

What additional preferences we're seeking
  • 2+ years of revenue cycle and denial management experience
