Provides administrative support to multiple managers as well as Sales Professionals in order to meet business objectives and goals within the organization.

Essential Functions

• Ability to effectively communicate with multiple managers and Sales professionals through a variety of communication channels
• Ability to work and collaborate with a dynamic Sales team
• Ability to develop and build reports that assist Sales Managers in identifying key trends
• Outstanding time management and organizational skills
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Minimum Education

High school diploma/GED.

Related experience may offset degree requirements and related education/degree may offset experience requirements.

Minimum Experience

four (4) years related business experience including two (2) years as an administrative assistant.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

CPS or one (1) year of college related courses.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Products including Excel, Word and PowerPoint.

Preferred Qualifications: Previous Sales Manager Administration or Sales Administration experience is preferred. Exceptional communication, organization, and time management skills are essential to support multiple Sales Managers in a fast-paced environment. Strong Microsoft Excel reporting skills are highly preferred. Experience creating reports, analyzing data, and supporting Sales teams is a plus. Candidates in the Central Time Zone are preferred to support teams nationwide.

Pay Transparency: Actual compensation is based on experience, qualifications, geographic location, and internal equity. This is a fully remote position supporting Sales teams across the U.S.

Pay: The hourly rate for this position is $19.87-$27.81.

Additional Details: Support Sales Managers and Sales Professionals nationwide by providing administrative support, reporting, and operational coordination. This fully remote position supports teams across the U.S. Posting closes August 5 at the end of the day.
