Work Environment

This position will be primarily remote, providing flexibility and the option to work from the comfort of your own home. While the role is centered on remote counseling practices, you will also engage with clients in an outpatient setting through scheduled appointments. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct initial assessments and comprehensive evaluations to develop individualized treatment plans for clients, ensuring each plan aligns with their emotional and psychological needs.
• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions using a variety of approaches, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical records in accordance with ethical standards and legal requirements, facilitating effective monitoring of client progress.
• Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists, psychologists, social workers, and other mental health professionals, to coordinate holistic care strategies for clients.
• Engage in ongoing professional development and training, participating in workshops and staying current on advancements in the field of mental health.

Patient Population / Client Focus

In your role as a Licensed Professional Counselor, you will work with a diverse client population, addressing a wide range of emotional and psychological issues. Your clients may include individuals, couples, families, and groups from various backgrounds. Qualifications

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.
• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of New Jersey.

• Experience with evidence-based therapies and familiarity with diverse counseling techniques.

Compensation and Benefits

The salary for this position ranges from USD 300,000 to 400,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
