Each client undergoes a pre-screening process to ensure they are appropriate for remote counseling, enabling you to focus on providing effective care without the challenges presented by more severe cases. Clients are matched to you based on your areas of expertise and the unique demographics you prefer to work with, ensuring a good fit for both you and your clients.

• A completed Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required, though a Master’s degree is preferred.
• Necessary licensure to practice as a Mental Health Counselor (LMFT, LPC, LCSW) without supervision.
• Demonstrated skill in developing effective treatment plans tailored to the needs of diverse clientele.
• Strong interpersonal skills with a positive and empathetic approach towards client interactions.
• Proficiency with digital tools and technology essential for conducting online therapy sessions and maintaining client records.

• Previous experience in remote counseling or teletherapy is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with evidence-based therapeutic approaches, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) or Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).
• A background in community health services or working with adult populations in a clinic setting is a plus.

We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 115,000 to 130,000 annually, commensurate with experience and hours committed. Additionally, you will receive a monthly healthcare stipend to support your well-being as a full-time counselor. Payments are issued via weekly direct deposit, ensuring consistent financial management.
