Job description

The Supply Chain Business Intelligence Manager will support Supply Chain reporting for the DC network by delivering business intelligence reporting and dashboard solutions to drive data-driven decision making. He or she, alongside their team, will be responsible for designing, constructing, and publishing existing and new reports used by all levels of leadership within the Supply Chain network. The Supply Chain Business Intelligence Manager will regularly collaborate across multiple business functions to enable and drive problem solving and business improvement. This role will be both managing direct reports and developing their own technically sophisticated solutions - they will need to help coach and guide the team through solving difficult problems. Developing strong relationships both with analytical peers and with field stakeholders is critical for being successful in this role. The Supply Chain Business Intelligence Manager will build and motivate exceptional Business Intelligence teams, delivering outstanding solutions to their stakeholders.
This position requires an individual with strong analytical skills and calls for a self-starter with genuine investigative talents whose intellectual curiosity comes through in your work.
Duties and Responsibilities
  • Setting performance goals and objectives for the team, providing regular feedback and coaching to support their development and growth ย 
  • Managing team resources and priorities to ensure timely delivery of high-quality deliverables ย ย ย ย ย 
  • Mentoring and guiding a team of business intelligence analysts in data analysis and visualization best practices
  • Collaborating with cross-functional and operational teams to understand their data needs and develop solutions to meet those needs ย 
  • Coordinate tactically with data engineering on any needed sourcing activities ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย 
  • Operates with a clear bias-to-action to respond to customer needs
  • Communicating findings and recommendations to stakeholders at all levels of the organization ย ย 
  • Analyzing data to identify trends and patterns and inform decision-making
  • Proactive program management of the business intelligence function through defining metrics, regularly sharing existing workload prioritization with stakeholders, and report rationalizationย ย 
  • Staying up-to-date with the latest trends and developments in the field of business intelligence and supply chain, logistics, and warehouse operations ย ย ย

    • The Supply Chain Business Intelligence Manager leads a group of analysts providing data-driven information to senior management to drive large scale business decisions for the Supply Chain Network. In addition, this person will conduct complex analytics to provide recommendations to senior leadership. This manager role is expected to also develop and build reporting and dashboards alongside their team.

The anticipated salary range for this position is $126,700 - $190,100 depending on location, knowledge, skills, education and experience. This position is also eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. In addition, we offer comprehensive and competitive benefits to Associates (and their families) such as medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term and long-term disability. Eligible Associates are able to enroll in our company's 401k plan. Associates will accrue paid time off up to 236 hours per year (inclusive of PTO, floating holidays, and paid holidays). Paid sick time up to 80 hours per year unless otherwise required by law.
