Job description

Work fully remote building real healthcare tech with AI-driven dev workflows.
  • Role: Senior Full Stack Engineer - HealthTech
  • Location/Type: U.S. Remote
  • Pay: $190K-$200K base + equity
  • Schedule: Flexible hours (aligned to PST)
  • Own full builds. No layers. Ship fast. Clear scope. Real patient impact.
What you'll do
  • Build full-stack systems for live healthcare workflows
  • Write clean, tested code (React + Ruby on Rails)
  • Design APIs for ops, logistics, clinical insights
  • Use AI coding agents to ship faster (less busywork)
  • Own features end-to-end (idea launch iteration)
  • Partner with product, ship weekly, improve standards
Must-haves
  • 5+ years full-stack experience (production systems)
  • Strong JavaScript/TypeScript + React
  • Hands-on Ruby on Rails experience (required)
  • Hands-on with AI coding agents (Claude Code, Cursor, or Codex)
  • Can explain apps built using AI agents (problem, stack, impact)
  • Authorized to work in U.S. (no sponsorship)
