CPR Cell Phone Repair is currently seeking an experienced and dependable Cell Phone Repair Technician to join our team.
We are looking for individuals who are technically skilled, customer-focused, and capable of independently operating within a retail repair environment.
Qualifications:
• Minimum 1 year of professional cell phone repair experience
• Strong knowledge of smartphone and tablet diagnostics and repairs
• Reliable, punctual, and professional attitude
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and manage daily store operations
• Sales-oriented mindset with attention to customer experience
Responsibilities:
• Diagnose and repair smartphones and tablets
• Greet and assist walk-in customers professionally
• Recommend and sell accessories and devices
• Maintain accurate inventory counts and organization
