Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments to evaluate clients' mental health needs, utilizing standardized tools and feedback mechanisms to inform your approach.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that incorporate evidence-based practices tailored to the unique preferences and goals of each client.
• Provide a variety of therapeutic services, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, and mindfulness techniques, through our secure telehealth platform.
• Engage in ongoing therapeutic conversations, adjusting treatment strategies as needed to meet clients' evolving needs, and ensuring their progress is regularly monitored.
• Maintain meticulous documentation of therapy sessions, compliance with legal standards and ethical guidelines, and chart progress within our digital systems.

Qualifications

• A current and valid license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).
• A minimum of a Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to foster rapport and facilitate effective remote counseling interactions.
• A genuine sense of empathy and understanding, enabling you to connect meaningfully with clients experiencing various challenges.
• Exceptional organizational skills to successfully manage client caseloads and documentation remotely without compromising care quality.

Preferred Experience

• Previous experience in a telehealth or remote counseling role is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems and online therapy platforms.
• Specialization in areas such as trauma-informed care, addiction recovery, or adolescent therapy is an advantage.
