Key Responsibilities

As a Licensed Professional Counselor, you will play a crucial role in our outpatient program for young adults aged 18 to 30, providing evidence-based treatment in a structured Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP). Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Facilitating Group Therapy: Lead engaging group sessions that foster peer interconnections, where clients share experiences and learn coping strategies in a safe space.
  • Conducting Individual Therapy: Provide empathetic one-on-one counseling sessions, exploring clients' thoughts and feelings to help them develop personalized coping strategies and goal-oriented action plans.
  • Creating Treatment Plans: Collaborate with clients to design individualized treatment plans tailored to their specific needs, preferences, and aspirations.
  • Monitoring Progress: Regularly assess and document client progress using evidence-based assessment tools, adjusting treatment strategies as required.
  • Collaborating with Multidisciplinary Teams: Work closely with psychiatrists, social workers, and other healthcare professionals in our team to ensure comprehensive care and optimal client outcomes.

Qualifications
