Job description

Aimpoint Digital is a premier analytics consulting firm with a mission to drive business value for clients through expertise in analytics, decision science, and data engineering and infrastructure. This position is within our data analytics practice which focuses on data visualization and applications, analytics engineering, digital automation, and analytics platform strategy.
What you will do
As a Lead Analytics Consultant, you will:
  • Deliver data analytics projects independently, build analytics products and applications following best practices, and enable organizations through training and coaching
  • Lead consulting teams (typically 1-3 people) through complex delivery work, including dashboard development, analytics process automation, data applications, data platform modernization, and change enablement
  • Work with stakeholders across all levels of an organization to define project scope, establish priorities, and ensure alignment per project timelines
  • Identify new business opportunities and contribute to strategic account growth
  • Contribute to pre-sales opportunities including defining scope and creating proposals
  • Lead and support internal initiatives that strengthen delivery operations and develop best practices across the organization

Who we are looking for
  • Expert in data analysis, data visualization, and/or process automation with at least one of: Sigma, Tableau, Power BI, Dataiku, Alteryx, SQL, or Python
  • Experience working with cloud data warehousing technologies such as Databricks or Snowflake (plus)
  • Strong communication and facilitation skills with both technical teams and executive stakeholders with the ability to work independently, and proactively lead projects, initiatives and people
  • Desire to work in a fast-paced environment balancing multiple priorities
  • 5+ years of data analytics and visualization experience
  • 2+ years overseeing technical delivery and project management of data and analytics consulting project
