• Conduct thorough assessments of individual client needs to develop effective treatment plans tailored to each client’s circumstances and goals.
• Deliver individual and group therapy sessions using evidence-based modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and more, to promote emotional well-being and resilience.
• Set therapeutic goals collaboratively with clients, regularly monitor their progress, and adjust treatment plans as needed to ensure optimal outcomes.
• Utilize teletherapy technology to provide virtual sessions, making mental health care accessible to clients dealing with logistical challenges or telehealth preferences.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of therapy sessions, client progress, and treatment adjustments to uphold ethical standards and ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations.
• Engage in ongoing professional development opportunities, including workshops, seminars, and peer supervision, to enhance clinical skills and stay informed of the latest trends in mental health care.

The counselors at Hamilton Behavioral Health Center serve a diverse array of clients facing varying challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. • Current and valid license in California as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) is required.
• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is mandatory.
• Proficient communication and interpersonal skills paired with empathy and a non-judgmental attitude towards clients.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage time effectively in a flexible remote work environment.

• Experience in providing teletherapy services is highly desirable, with proficiency in various telehealth platforms.
• Prior experience working in a community health clinic or private practice setting is an advantage.
• A background in trauma-informed care, as well as familiarity with evidence-based therapeutic modalities, will be considered beneficial.

This role offers a competitive compensation package ranging from $90,000 to $100,000 per year, commensurate with caseload, experience, and qualifications. In addition to an attractive salary, we provide:
