• Conduct thorough mental health assessments to determine clients' emotional and psychological needs, utilizing standardized tools and clinical judgment.
• Develop personalized treatment plans tailored to each client's distinct goals, incorporating evidence-based therapeutic interventions such as individual, family, and group therapy methodologies.
• Implement and monitor therapeutic interventions, continuously tracking clients' progress and adjusting treatment plans as needed to ensure optimal outcomes.
• Provide crisis intervention services and support clients during urgent situations, employing active listening and de-escalation techniques.
• Maintain detailed and confidential client records in compliance with legal and ethical standards, ensuring accurate documentation of assessments, treatment goals, and progress updates.
• Engage in regular collaboration with our multidisciplinary team members to ensure that our clients receive holistic and integrated care.
• Participate in ongoing professional development opportunities, including supervision, training sessions, and workshops, to enhance your clinical skills and stay informed on current mental health research.
• Adhere to ethical guidelines and professional standards set forth by licensing boards, ensuring high-quality and ethical care for all clients.

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field is required.
