Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough assessments of clients' mental health to identify strengths, challenges, and needs.
  • Develop customized treatment plans that encompass a variety of therapeutic modalities tailored to each client's unique situation.
  • Provide individual therapy sessions, utilizing both traditional and innovative approaches to encourage personal growth.
  • Set measurable therapeutic goals and closely monitor client progress, adapting treatment plans as necessary to facilitate ongoing development.
  • Communicate regularly with clients about their treatment journey, offering feedback and support to empower them.
  • Maintain comprehensive and accurate documentation in line with ethical standards to ensure transparency and accountability.
  • Actively participate in continuous professional development, staying abreast of the latest trends, methodologies, and best practices in mental health care.
Patient Population / Client Focus

The clients you'll serve range from children to adults dealing with various issues including trauma, anxiety, depression, and relationship challenges. Qualifications
  • A current and valid license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).
  • A Master’s degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related field.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to connect with clients and colleagues effectively.
  • Demonstrated empathy, compassion, and a non-judgmental approach to client interactions.
Preferred Experience
  • Previous experience in a clinical setting providing therapy, especially in outpatient environments.
  • Familiarity with various therapeutic techniques, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and trauma-informed care.
  • Experience in delivering teletherapy and proficiency with digital platforms used for virtual counseling sessions.
Compensation and Benefits
