Work Environment

This position offers the unique opportunity to work fully remotely, connecting with clients through secure digital platforms during standard business hours. Our work schedule spans Monday to Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, allowing ample time for client care and personal development. Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct confidential virtual therapy sessions with clients facing a range of mental health challenges, such as anxiety, depression, and trauma.

  • Facilitate skill-building exercises and provide psychoeducation to empower clients in understanding their mental health.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications
  • Possession of a Masterโ€™s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology from an accredited institution.
  • An active California license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC).
  • Proficient in conducting remote therapy sessions via digital platforms such as Zoom or similar telehealth services, ensuring effective communication and engagement.
  • Strong knowledge in evidence-based therapeutic modalities to support an effective client approach.
Preferred Experience
  • A minimum of 2 years of direct clinical experience in providing counseling or therapy services.

Compensation and Benefits
