Work Environment

This full-time position is entirely remote, offering you the flexibility to manage your work-life balance effectively. Operating Monday to Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, you will join a team of professionals dedicated to improving mental health outcomes through virtual therapy sessions. Our telehealth facility utilizes state-of-the-art technology to create a secure and supportive environment for both clients and therapists.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct engaging and empathetic video therapy sessions that promote healing and self-discovery for individuals seeking mental health support.
• Guide clients through the goal-setting process, helping them define achievable objectives for personal and emotional growth.
• Implement structured, solution-oriented methodologies to address client challenges, fostering resilience and coping strategies.
• Document therapy sessions and maintain accurate records in compliance with best practices and organizational requirements.
• Collaborate with other professionals as needed to provide integrated care to clients, ensuring a holistic approach to mental health.

Patient Population / Client Focus

The clients you will support come from diverse backgrounds and present a wide range of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. Qualifications

• A master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology.
• A valid and active California license as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC).
• Proficiency in using telehealth platforms and virtual therapy tools, adapting to technologies that enhance client interactions.

Preferred Experience

• A minimum of 2 years of professional experience in mental health counseling.
• Demonstrable experience in providing therapy in a virtual setting, effectively engaging clients from remote locations.
• Familiarity with evidence-based practices and techniques that support effective therapeutic outcomes.

Compensation and Benefits
