Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct virtual counseling sessions with clients, employing solution-focused therapeutic techniques tailored to individual needs.
  • Develop and implement personalized treatment plans that address specific challenges faced by clients, promoting self-advocacy and resilience.
  • Facilitate group therapy sessions when necessary, fostering community support and collective growth among participants.
  • Maintain accurate and confidential client records in compliance with HIPAA regulations, ensuring all documentation is thorough and timely.
  • Continuously assess client progress and adjust therapeutic approaches as needed to align with their evolving needs, providing feedback and encouragement to motivate continued growth.
Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications
  • Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology.
  • Current California state licensure as LMFT, LCSW, or LPCC is required.
  • Proficiency in using digital therapy platforms and tools for remote counseling is essential.
Preferred Experience
  • At least 2 years of clinical experience providing therapeutic services, preferably in an outpatient setting.
  • Experience with various therapeutic approaches, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), or trauma-informed care, is advantageous.
  • Demonstrated ability to engage with clients effectively and compassionately in a virtual setting.
Compensation and Benefits
