Remote Banking Executives are financial professionals who provide banking services, advice, and support to clients from a location outside of a traditional bank branch, often working from home or a remote office. They assist customers with account management, transactions, loan applications, and product recommendations using digital communication tools like phone, email, or video calls. This role requires strong customer service skills, knowledge of banking products, and the ability to handle sensitive information securely. Remote Banking Executives help make banking more accessible and convenient for clients who prefer or require digital interactions.

Remote Banking Executives frequently use digital communication tools such as secure video conferencing, instant messaging, and cloud-based document management to interact with both colleagues and clients. Collaboration with internal teams, such as compliance, risk management, and product specialists, is often structured through regular virtual meetings and shared platforms to ensure seamless service delivery. Building strong client relationships remotely requires proactive outreach, prompt responses to inquiries, and leveraging digital channels to provide personalized financial solutions. While working independently is common, success in this role depends on effective virtual teamwork and maintaining clear, consistent communication across all stakeholders.

Job description

Non-QM Account Executive

I am currently representing one of the most established Non-QM lenders in the nation, and we are actively seeking experienced Wholesale Account Executives who are looking for long-term stability in the Non-QM space. If your current Non-QM platform has slowed down, tightened programs, or exited the market altogether, this is a conversation worth having.

Non-QM currently represents approximately 3% of total mortgage originations, with strong projections for growth in the coming years. This is an opportunity to align yourself with a platform positioned for that expansion.

We are seeking seasoned Account Executives with an established network of mortgage bankers and brokers nationwide. This is a true sales role; your job is to build relationships, generate submissions, and drive loans to close. You sell; the internal team handles processing.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain productive broker and banker relationships

  • Drive Non-QM and Sub-Prime submissions through to closing

  • Coordinate with internal support teams to ensure timely conditions and documentation

  • Collaborate with senior leadership on goals and projections

  • Meet or exceed production targets

Requirements / Ideal Background:
  • Current mortgage industry experience required

  • Proven wholesale lending production history

  • Strong relationship-building skills with bankers and brokers

  • Self-driven, proactive, and solution-oriented mindset

  • High attention to detail with the ability to move quickly

  • Comfortable leveraging email marketing and technology

  • Motivated by production goals and income potential

Compensation / Benefits:
  • Aggressive commission structure on closed deals

  • Approved broker network

  • Qualified leads

  • Ongoing training, marketing support, and materials

  • Real-time pipeline visibility through advanced portal technology

  • Remote flexibility with full independence

  • Comprehensive benefits package (Health, 401K, group life, profit sharing)

  • Small-company culture with national vision and infrastructure

  • NMLS license not required
