This role involves managing production, safety, logistics, and regulatory compliance, all while leading teams and coordinating efforts across multiple sites, often using digital tools and technology. They regularly review operational reports, conduct virtual meetings with site managers, and use real-time data dashboards to monitor safety, productivity, and compliance metrics. Building trust and fostering a culture of accountability with on-site leaders is crucial, as is being proactive in addressing challenges that arise due to distance.
