Accountant – Part-Time (Remote, U.S.)

Hours: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (slightly flexible)
Pay: $30/hour (based on experience)
Type: Part-time, Temporary through 2026



The Role

We’re looking for an Accountant to manage accounting for a group of clients. This is a hands-on role where you’ll handle the full accounting cycle, offer insights, and help improve processes.

If you’re detail-oriented, love solving accounting challenges, and enjoy helping clients understand their numbers, this is a great opportunity to grow with us.


Key Responsibilities
  • Manage full-cycle accounting for multiple clients

  • Prepare and post journal entries

  • Reconcile bank, credit card, and loan accounts monthly

  • Review and ensure accuracy of financial data

  • Create and analyze financial reports

  • Process invoices, payments, and payroll

  • Support tax preparation and coordinate with external tax professionals

  • Identify ways to improve efficiency and accuracy

Qualifications
  • 4+ years of accounting experience (multi-client or public accounting a plus)

  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting

  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles and journal entries

  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
