About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst to join our team in a fully remote telehealth role.

As a Telehealth BCBA, you will provide clinical oversight, complete assessments and treatment plans, supervise RBTs, support families, and ensure high-quality ABA services for children with autism spectrum disorder.

Spanish-speaking is preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct functional behavior assessments and skills assessments

  • Develop, implement, and update individualized treatment plans

  • Provide ABA program management for children with autism spectrum disorder

  • Supervise RBTs and provide clinical support, training, and coaching

  • Conduct supervision through telehealth

  • Deliver parent and caregiver training sessions

  • Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as clinically appropriate

  • Complete clinical documentation in a timely and accurate manner

  • Collaborate with families, RBTs, and internal team members to ensure quality care

  • Support families in improving communicative, social, behavioral, and adaptive outcomes

Qualifications
  • Must be certified as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst through the BACB

  • Must be in good standing with the BACB

  • Must be willing to complete or have completed the 8-hour supervisor training through the BACB

  • Ability to maintain required background checks, CPR, and First Aid certification

  • Strong communication, organization, and time management skills

  • Experience providing services via telehealth is preferred but not required

  • Bilingual Spanish-speaking is strongly preferred
