Atrium Health is seeking an Advanced Practitioner to support a growing wellness hub. The hub will launch with a comprehensive weight management program and plans to expand into other wellness offerings such as sleep health and cognition.
Highlights of the position:
  • Schedule: M-F 8a-5p, 34 patient contact hours (6 hours admin time weekly)
  • Advanced Practitioners with a care team approach
  • Virtual weight management for new and established Atrium Health primary care patients
  • Support with multi-state licensing
