What You'll Do
  • Provide resident care in accordance with approved, individualized care plans
  • Assist residents with activities of daily living, personal care, and safety needs
  • Observe, understand, and practice infection control procedures
  • Accurately document care provided, including vital signs
  • Immediately report any violations of Residents' Bill of Rights
  • Support residents with dignity, compassion, and respect

What You Bring
  • Current CNA/STNA license in good standing
  • Completion of an approved CNA/STNA training program
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • A service-oriented mindset and desire to learn and grow
  • Positive, dependable attendance and a can-do attitude
