Reporting to the VP, Lifecycle Marketing, this role will drive campaign planning, testing, and optimization across email, SMS, and push channels. You will collaborate closely with Creative, Merchandising, Analytics, and Product teams to execute seasonal campaigns and evergreen programs that deliver timely, relevant messaging to our members. The ideal candidate combines strong analytical thinking with technical proficiency, attention to detail, and the ability to work cross-functionally. Location: This role is based out of our HQ in Beverly Hills, CA and is not eligible for remote. We are presently operating from a hybrid schedule of 4 days a week in-office (Monday-Thursday).

What You’ll Do
  • Lead end-to-end planning and execution of CRM campaigns across email, SMS, and push including seasonal box moments, Flash Sales, product launches, onboarding, retention, and winback
  • Manage segmentation and audience strategy in partnership with Data & Analytics
  • Own CRM briefs, QA, and deployment, ensuring flawless execution and a best-in-class member experience
  • Dive deep into performance reporting using Excel, Google Sheets, and Tableau to uncover insights, spot trends, and translate data into clear next steps
  • Develop and implement A/B and multivariate testing plans; analyze results and make data-informed recommendations
  • Identify opportunities to improve campaign efficiency, lift engagement, and drive incremental revenue
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Creative, Merchandising, Product, and Data teams to keep campaigns aligned and high-impact
  • Support process documentation and operational improvements as we scale our CRM efforts

 What You’ll Bring
  • 4–6 years of CRM, Lifecycle Marketing, or Email Marketing experience
  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Experience working in a DTC or eCommerce environment; subscription or membership business a plus
  • Proficiency with CRM platforms (Braze strongly preferred), ESPs, and analytics tools
  • Strong analytical skills — comfortable navigating data in Excel/Google Sheets, building dashboards in Tableau, and understanding how marketing KPIs map to revenue
  • Proven ability to analyze performance and optimize for bottom-line impact
  • Excellent project management skills — able to juggle multiple campaigns and meet tight deadlines
  • Demonstrated familiarity and working fluency with modern AI tools such as Gemini, ChatGPT, Claude, and similar platforms
  • Ability to leverage AI tools to accelerate market research, assortment analysis, vendor communication drafting, and business insights
  • Experience using AI to synthesize data, generate summaries, and streamline workflow execution
  • Comfortable owning QA, segmentation, and deployment workflows
  • Collaborative, curious, and detail-oriented — someone who thrives on continuous improvement
  • Experience with loyalty programs, referral, or winback strategies
  • Familiarity with direct mail or multi-channel CRM
  • Creative eye and appreciation for good design and storytelling

This is a full-time position with an expected base salary range of $110K - $120K + annual bonus eligibility. The compensation package will also include an initial equity grant, in addition to a range of generous medical, dental, vision and other perks & benefits.
