Remote Personal Assistant
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Remote Personal Assistant to support the day-to-day operations of our growing company. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, has excellent communication and organizational skills and can efficiently manage multiple priorities while working independently.
Key Responsibilities
*Manage calendars, appointments, and scheduling for executives and team members.
*Respond to emails, phone calls, and client inquiries in a professional and timely manner.
*Coordinate meetings, virtual appointments, and travel arrangements when required.
*Assist with real estate transaction coordination, document preparation, and file management.
*Maintain digital records, databases, and CRM systems with accuracy.
*Conduct online research and prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence.
*Coordinate with vendors, contractors, tenants, and clients as needed.
*Monitor project timelines and follow up on outstanding tasks to ensure deadlines are met.
*Assist with marketing efforts, including social media updates, listing coordination and administrative support.
*Perform general administrative duties and provide ongoing support to ensure efficient business operations.
Qualifications
