Key Responsibilities

• Conduct ethical and compassionate mental health counseling sessions via video chat, ensuring confidentiality and comfort for all clients.
• Utilize solution-focused treatment modalities to create effective therapy sessions that address individual client needs.
• Develop comprehensive and individualized treatment plans, taking into account the unique challenges and goals of each client.
• Empower clients to gain insights into their emotions, interpersonal relationships, and life circumstances, thereby enhancing their personal growth.
• Regularly monitor client progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary and assisting clients in building healthy coping mechanisms.

Patient Population / Client Focus

The primary focus of this role is to deliver mental health services to a diverse population of stable, low-acuity adults. These individuals face a wide range of mental health challenges and are seeking professional support to enhance their emotional well-being and overall quality of life. Your expertise and empathetic approach will be vital in guiding them through their mental health journeys.

Qualifications

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is required.
• You must hold a current and valid independent license in one of the following areas:
• Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)
• Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC)
• Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)
• No limited or provisional licenses accepted; candidates must not have any disciplinary actions on their professional record.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills and a deep-seated compassion for helping others.
• Proficient computer literacy to navigate telehealth platforms and documentation processes effectively.

Preferred Experience

Ideal candidates will possess prior experience in providing teletherapy or remote counseling services, showcasing an ability to adapt traditional therapeutic methods into a virtual format. Experience with a diverse clientele and proficiency in solution-focused therapy are also highly valued.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 90,000 – 104,000 annually, commensurate with experience and the number of hours worked. In addition, qualified candidates will receive a sign-on bonus and a monthly healthcare stipend for full-time counselors. Our payment structure includes a weekly direct deposit for your convenience.
