We have an incredible opportunity for a dynamic Food Assembly Helper to join our growing Miami, FL Team!

With the three business segments of Airline Catering, International Event Catering, and Restaurants, Lounges & Hotels, we offer gourmet entertainment all over the world. We operate in 33 locations, 12 countries and 3 Continents, maintaining the highest standard of quality in both our products and services. We refine the classics, develop the unknown and grow constantly – sometimes beyond our own expectations. 

Responsibilities: 

  • Assemble food items and tray settings in accordance with detailed airline specifications, including components such as hot meals, cold meals, salads, snacks, bread, butter, and condiments.
  • Ensure all tray setups are accurately completed and meet quality and presentation standards.
  • Follow airline and company guidelines to maintain consistency and customer satisfaction.
  • Comply with all food safety and hygiene regulations outlined in the food safety management system handbook.
  • Report any issues related to food safety or hygiene to the manager and hygiene/food safety team.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workstation throughout the shift.
  • Assist other team members as needed to ensure efficient production and timely completion of tasks.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by the Food Assembly Lead or Supervisor.

Qualifications: 

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Minimum of 1 year of work experience in food production or a similar work environment.
  • Bilingual Spanish preferred.
  • Experience working in a cooler/refrigerated environment preferred. 
  • Proactive and self-organized.
  • Ability to manage a substantial workload.
  • Capable of working independently and in a team environment.
  • Ability to complete tasks efficiently to meet strict deadlines.
  • Able to work comfortably in cold or freezer-like environments.
  • Must be able to handle multiple food products (e.g., fish, beef, pork, poultry, and other items).
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays, in alignment with business needs.
