Key Responsibilities

• Clinical Assessments: Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate clients' mental health status and establish their treatment needs effectively.
• Evidence-Based Treatment Plans: Develop and implement personalized, evidence-based treatment plans focusing on specific client goals, utilizing a variety of therapeutic modalities as appropriate.
• Counseling Services: Provide individual, couples, and group counseling, employing the most suitable therapeutic interventions to promote mental wellness.
• Collaboration: Work alongside interdisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists, social workers, and other health professionals, to coordinate holistic client care.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate and confidential client records, ensuring adherence to ethical and legal standards and routine documentation practices.
• Continuous Learning: Engage regularly in clinical supervision and professional development activities to stay updated on the latest therapeutic methodologies and best practices in mental health care.

Qualifications

• A valid license as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) in the state of Florida.

Compensation and Benefits
