As a Licensed Mental Health Therapist at Montage Health Care Inc., your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

The clientele you will support primarily consists of stable, low-acuity adults presenting with a diverse array of mental health needs. This population includes individuals seeking assistance with anxiety, depression, stress management, and life transitions. By focusing on this demographic, you will play a crucial role in helping clients cultivate the necessary skills and strategies to enhance their overall well-being.

To be considered for this position, candidates must possess:

• A Master's degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
• A valid and fully independent license to practice without supervision, such as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
• Exceptional interpersonal skills, demonstrating empathy and understanding towards clients, combined with strong computer literacy skills.
• No history of disciplinary actions and no limited or provisional licenses.

While not mandatory, experience working with remote therapy practices and proficiency in various therapeutic modalities may be advantageous. Familiarity with digital communication tools and telehealth platforms will enhance your effectiveness in a fully remote environment.
