Job Description:
ASRC Federal Agile Decision Sciences LLC is seeking a Army Vantage Data Analyst Senior to support the U.S. Army's data-driven decision environment under the CECOM SETA Program. The candidate will design, develop, and maintain Army Vantage dashboards, data pipelines, and analytics products supporting readiness, sustainment, and enterprise modernization.
Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain Power BI and Tableau dashboards integrating Army data sources (GFEBS, GCSS-Army, Vantage).
  • Create optimized ETL processes and SQL-based data pipelines.
  • Perform data validation, quality assurance, and integration across Army systems.
  • Collaborate in Agile teams to deliver analytic solutions aligned to mission needs.
  • Present findings and trends to leadership through advanced visualization techniques.
Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of data analytics experience.
  • Strong proficiency in Power BI, Tableau, and SQL.
  • Experience with Army Vantage or other DoD data systems.
  • Minimum active DoD Secret clearance. Candidates without a minimum of a Secret clearance will not be considered.
  • U.S. citizenship required.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience with GFEBS, GCSS-Army, or other Army enterprise systems.
  • Familiarity with DevSecOps and Agile collaboration.
  • Advanced data modeling and ETL design skills.
