Key Exciting Responsibilities

Resolve complex customer software issues for industry-leading construction accounting and project management solutions.

Spearhead the creation of Knowledge Base articles and troubleshooting guides to empower both customers and internal peers.

Collaborate cross-functionally with development and other departments to influence the evolution and improvement of our software.

Manage and document high-level customer interactions within a CRM to ensure seamless service delivery and data-driven insights.

Act as a subject matter expert, translating technical concepts into actionable solutions for users with varied backgrounds.

Essential Skills & Experience

Familiarity with accounting, full-charge bookkeeping, AP, AR, or a relevant business discipline.

High level of empathy and the ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to diverse audiences.

Experience utilizing AI-powered support tools such as chatbots or virtual assistants to enhance customer service.

Strong proficiency in Google Suite and the ability to maintain a predictable, full-time support schedule.
