  • Support configuration changes, fixes, and enhancements within the constraints of FCP 8.1.1 architecture
  • Ensure all changes follow established change management, validation, and separation-of-duties controls
  • Maintain technical documentation, runbooks, and operational procedures for audits and regulatory reviews
  • Partner with Risk and Compliance teams to assess the regulatory impact of platform changes and production incidents
  • Participate in regression testing and validation activities for changes impacting the platform
  • Work closely with AML Operations, Financial Crimes Risk Management, and enterprise technology teams to translate business and regulatory needs into technical outcomes
  • Act as a technical escalation point for complex platform issues
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field, or equivalent experience
  • 5+ years of experience supporting or engineering enterprise applications in regulated environments
  • Strong experience with Oracle databases and SQL
  • Strong experience with batch processing and scheduled job execution
  • Strong experience with production support and incident management
  • Demonstrated experience working on systems subject to regulatory oversight, audits, and exams
  • Strong analytical, documentation, and communication skills
Desired Skills:
  • Direct experience with Oracle Financial Crimes Platform (FCP / FCCM) version 8.x, preferably v8.1.1
  • Familiarity with AML concepts such as transaction monitoring, alert review, and case workflows
  • Experience supporting platforms integrated with multiple upstream and downstream data sources
  • Experience operating in T2/T3 or CI-Owner-style accountability models
  • Exposure to financial services regulatory frameworks (BSA/AML, OFAC, CTR/SAR processes)
  • UNIX - experience with script writing
