• Conduct individual counseling sessions via video chat, focusing on strategies to improve clients’ mental health.
• Facilitate discussions with clients about their emotions and personal experiences, fostering increased self-awareness and insight into their relationships.
• Act as a client advocate, assisting them in defining achievable goals and strategies for their mental health journey.
• Evaluate each client's mental condition, develop personalized treatment plans, and implement solutions-based approaches grounded in your clinical expertise.

The clients you will serve primarily consist of stable adults who are managing low-acuity mental health issues. These individuals are carefully screened to ensure they are well-suited for teletherapy, creating a productive and supportive therapeutic environment. • A Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Mental Health Counseling.
• Current and valid license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) issued by a state board; please note that limited or provisional licenses are not accepted.
• Ability to conduct thorough professional evaluations, make informed decisions, and create tailored treatment plans.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills along with a sympathetic and caring nature to effectively engage with clients.
• Strong proficiency in computer skills, including familiarity with telehealth platforms and electronic documentation.

• At least 2 years of post-graduate experience in a clinical setting, preferably dealing with couples or family therapy.
• Experience using teletherapy tools and managing digital practice effectively.

• Annual salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 100,000, commensurate with experience and hours worked.
