Business Analyst (AI/Healthcare/FIHR/HIPAA)

Position Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and strategic Business Analyst to support digital transformation initiatives across healthcare and enterprise platforms. The ideal candidate will have experience in regulatory compliance, customer journey mapping, and agile delivery. Proficiency in using AI-powered productivity and coding tools (e.g., Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, GitHub Copilot) is essential to streamline workflows and enhance analysis.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to gather and document business requirements.
  • Analyze regulatory mandates (e.g., CMS, HIPAA) and translate them into actionable system requirements.
  • Lead customer journey mapping and identify opportunities for digital experience enhancements.
  • Develop and maintain high-level feature stories, epics, and detailed user stories in agile tools (e.g., JIRA, Rally).
  • Facilitate refinement and grooming sessions to ensure alignment across cross-functional teams.
  • Use AI tools to accelerate documentation, analysis, and decision-making processes.
  • Create process flows, data mappings, and compliance documentation to support solution design.
  • Monitor project progress and support iterative delivery through agile ceremonies.
  • Contribute to risk identification and mitigation strategies during solution development.
  • Support integration of APIs (e.g., FHIR, REST) and digital communication platforms.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 5-10 years of experience as a Business Analyst in healthcare, insurance, or enterprise technology.
  • Strong understanding of compliance frameworks and digital transformation strategies.
  • Experience with agile methodologies and tools (e.g., JIRA, Rally, MIRO).
  • Proficiency in using AI tools for documentation, analysis, and collaboration.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
