The Marketing and growth specialist will support the day-to-day management of our online sales channels, product listings, inventory records, customer inquiries, and order processing. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently in a remote environment. The ideal candidate is comfortable working with e-commerce platforms and enjoys ensuring a seamless online shopping experience for customers.

This is a full-time remote position open to candidates legally authorized to work in the United States.

Key Responsibilities
  • Create, update, and maintain product listings across e-commerce platforms.

  • Monitor product pricing, inventory levels, and product availability.

  • Process customer orders and coordinate order fulfillment.

  • Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, and online marketplaces in a professional and timely manner.

  • Assist with returns, refunds, exchanges, and order issue resolution.

  • Upload product images, descriptions, specifications, and promotional content.

  • Monitor marketplace performance and identify opportunities to improve sales.

  • Prepare inventory, sales, and performance reports.
