Telework: Hybrid

Salary Range: $60,000 to $75,000 per year

WOOD Federal Solutions is seeking a highly organized, tech-fluent, and proactive Platform Operations Coordinator to support the growth and operational management of an emerging author, speaking, and digital media platform.

This role supports:

  • book promotion and coordination,
  • YouTube and digital content workflows,
  • podcast and speaking coordination,
  • audience engagement systems,
  • and content organization/distribution operations.

The ideal candidate is operationally disciplined, digitally savvy, emotionally intelligent, and capable of independently moving work forward in a fast-evolving creative environment.

This is NOT a traditional administrative assistant role.

The position is designed for someone who enjoys helping transform ideas, conversations, recordings, and creative content into organized, visible, and operationally managed platform assets.

ResponsibilitiesContent & Platform Operations
  • Coordinate YouTube publishing workflows
  • Organize and manage digital content assets, transcripts, clips, and archives
  • Assist with content scheduling and publishing calendars
  • Coordinate short-form content extraction and repurposing workflows
  • Draft and organize video descriptions, titles, metadata, and publishing support materials
  • Maintain organized cloud-based content libraries and operational folders
Book & Author Platform Support
  • Support book launch and promotion coordination activities
  • Track reviews, interviews, podcast opportunities, and outreach efforts
  • Assist with author platform management including Amazon Author Central and related systems
  • Coordinate signed copy requests, promotional inventory tracking, and speaking/event preparation
  • Maintain organized lists of contacts, media opportunities, and promotional activities
Operational Coordination
  • Help manage platform-related workflows, timelines, and follow-up actions
  • Coordinate meetings, interviews, and external platform-related engagements
  • Assist with AI-supported transcription, summarization, and content organization workflows
  • Identify operational bottlenecks and proactively recommend organizational improvements
  • Maintain visibility across ongoing platform initiatives and publishing activities
QualificationsEducation
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
