Job description

We're seeking a Data Analyst to automate reporting and build dashboards that provide actionable insights into learning engagement and outcomes.
Responsibilities:
  • Extract and analyze data from L&D platforms, including WorkRamp, LinkedIn Learning, CultureAmp, and Qualtrics.
  • Partner with Business Technology and Data teams to access and automate data from the data warehouse.
  • Build and maintain dashboards and reports in BI tools such as Amazon QuickSight or Looker.
  • Automate recurring reports and ensure self-serve analytics are available for leadership and key stakeholders.

Qualifications:
  • Hands-on experience in data analysis, dashboard development, and report automation.
  • Proficiency in BI tools (QuickSight, Looker, or similar).
  • Experience working with data warehouses and API-based data extraction.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to translate data into meaningful insights.
