Every beer tells the story of a fallen military hero, and every purchase helps support Gold Star families and veterans in need. As we continue expanding into new markets, we're looking for an organized, dependable individual to help keep our sales operations running smoothly behind the scenes. Position Overview This role is responsible for supporting the day-to-day administrative and organizational needs of our sales team. You'll help ensure distributor communication, customer follow-up, reporting, and sales materials stay organized so our team can spend more time growing the business. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys creating structure, solving problems, and working in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment. Responsibilities Maintain customer, retailer, and distributor contact information. Keep our CRM and sales records accurate and up to date. Track new account openings and retailer authorizations. Coordinate sample requests and promotional material shipments. Schedule meetings and manage calendars. Follow up with distributors and customers on outstanding requests. Assist with onboarding new distributors and retail partners. Administrative Support Organize company files and shared documents. Prepare reports, spreadsheets, and presentations. Maintain pricing sheets and product information. Coordinate shipping of point-of-sale materials, including displays, tap handles, signage, and merchandise. Assist leadership with administrative projects as needed. Reporting & Organization Compile weekly sales reports. Track distributor execution and account activity. Monitor launch timelines and project status. Help maintain organized sales pipelines and action items. Identify opportunities to improve processes and organization. Qualifications Required Strong organizational and time management skills. Experience with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace. Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets. Comfortable learning CRM software. Ability to manage multiple priorities with minimal supervision. High attention to detail. Preferred Previous administrative, customer service, or sales support experience. Experience working with distributors or consumer packaged goods.
