About This Role:

In the US, we have a small team focused on pepperdeals.com, Atolls' community-driven product, where real users find andย share deals. We care deeply about helping everyday people save money, and we hope you'll join us in building a savings community people genuinely trust. Pepper US launched in mid-2025 and is scaling quickly with a dedicated local team.

We're now hiring a Content Creator (US-based, remote) to help grow Pepper in the American market through high-converting short-form content. This role is fully focused on Pepper US.

This position does not include a relocation to the US. Candidates must already be US-based.


Responsibilities:
  • Pitch, film, edit, and publish short-form content for our TikTok + Instagramย 
  • Post 1-2 videos a day consistently across social platformsย 
  • Turn daily deals on Pepper into scroll-stopping videos that help viewers discover Pepper and convert them into usersย 
  • Develop and test creative variations of top-performing formats (hooks, scripts, pacing, thumbnails)ย 
  • Monitor content performance and iterate weekly based on what's working (and what isn't)ย 
  • Manage & respond to comments/DMs across assigned accounts in a timely & helpful mannerย 
  • Assist with creating and curating high-quality visual assets (IG stories, carousels, thumbnails, etc)ย 
  • Stay on top of trends and regularly bring ideas to team meetingsย 

Requirements:
  • Based in the US with native-level English (strong written + verbal communication)ย 
  • 1+ years of proven experience creating social media content (*please include a portfolio)ย 
  • Comfortable on camera and able to execute a wide range of formats (talking head, day-in-the-life, memes, trends, quick caption-led videos)ย 
  • Proficiency in video + photo editing tools (CapCut, Canva, or equivalent)ย 
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and collaborative, with the ability to work independentlyย 
  • Passionate about shopping/deal-hunting and excited about helping people save money
Bonus:
  • You've grown a social media following to 10k+ (or helped grow a brand account in a meaningful way)ย 
  • You have a track record of creating videos that drive clicks/installs/sign-ups, not just viewsย 
  • You've built repeatable series formats (ex, "day 1 of...")ย 
  • You can batch shoot and keep a consistent content cadenceย 
  • You've worked with UGC-style content before (natural tone, not ad-y)ย

  • Final Round: One conversation to review your work sample and walk through your creative process, so we understand how you think, iterate, and make content choices in the context of Pepper.ย
