Job description

Summary Directs the sales activities of the operation by performing the following duties personally or subordinates. Essential Duties Creates, designs and publishes advertising and marketing creative. Research and create copy for Facebook and Instagram ads. Build Facebook and Instagram ads and publish for clients using Facebook Business Manager. Review ad performance history and redevelop ad strategies for improved success. Create targeted and re-targeted audiences for creative. Attend fulfillment trainings and meetings to review strategies, tactics and ad performance. Communicate with Onboarding specialist for account performance indicators. Makes website recommendations based on feedback. Makes software recommendations to improve department's expenses and efficiency as well as productivity. Completes client work on scheduled and consistent basis. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from Director of Fulfillment, clients, customers, and the general public. Mathematical Skills Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume. Ability to apply concepts of basic algebra and geometry. Reasoning Ability Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exits. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, limited standardization exits. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
