About This Role:
The Identity and Access Management (IAM) Administrator is responsible for planning, organizing, and managing the enterprise identity environment at iRhythm Technologies. This role ensures that identity systems and integrations are effectively implemented, secured, and maintained.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Manage and support the organization's identity infrastructure, including Active Directory and Okta
  • Manage user identity lifecycle processes, including; provisioning, de-provisioning, and end-user access management
  • Lead and support projects involving IAM technologies and integrations
  • Implement and integrate new solutions such as CyberArk and SAP
  • Work closely with engineers, system owners, and cross-functional teams
  • Partner with other business units to support identity and access needs

Experience and Minimum Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Management, Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field preferred
  • Must have at least 3-7 years experience in Identity and Access Management/Access Control or related position

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
  • Detail-oriented and process-driven approach
  • Ability to adapt to change in a dynamic environment
  • Proven ability to lead initiatives and manage multiple priorities
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with a customer-focused mindset
  • Experience with Microsoft collaboration suite (Office 365 Mail, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive)
  • Extensive knowledge and hands-on experience with Microsoft Server operating Systems & Active Directory
  • Experience with the following systems/tools; CyberArk, SailPoint, Okta, Jira, Confluence, AWS, SAP, Workday

Work Environment / Other Requirements:
  • Ability to be on call for emergencies
  • Ability to travel < 5%
  • WFH

Actual compensation may vary depending on job-related factors including knowledge, skills, experience, and work location.
Estimated Pay Range
$78,000.00 - $98,000.00
