Why This Role Matters
As a Benefits Account Manager, you'll play a central role in helping clients design, manage, and optimize their employee benefits programs. Serving as a trusted advisor throughout the year, you'll lead renewal strategy, coordinate open enrollment activities, support ongoing benefits administration, and provide consultative guidance that helps clients achieve their organizational goals.
 
In this role, you'll manage a book of employee benefits clients while partnering with carriers, vendors, and internal team members to deliver a seamless service experience. Your expertise, responsiveness, and attention to detail will help strengthen client relationships, support retention efforts, and ensure accurate, timely account management throughout the policy lifecycle.
 
Work Arrangement: This is a full-time position reporting to our office located in Fairfax, VA, with the possibility of hybrid or remote work arrangements.
