Overview
This role partners with clients to support the growth and ongoing success of their business. This role focuses on strengthening client relationships, identifying growth opportunities, and supporting revenue expansion through consultative engagement and execution of established account strategies.
Responsibilities
  • Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, managing day-to-day relationships and supporting growth initiatives.
  • Support the development and execution of account plans that outline growth opportunities, success factors, and recommendations.
  • Identify and pursue revenue opportunities within existing accounts, including upselling and cross-selling products and services.
  • Lead in client meetings and presentations to drive engagement, adoption, and account growth.
  • Analyze client data, business trends, and performance metrics to help uncover opportunities for optimization.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (Sales, Operations, Product, Implementation) to ensure clients receive consistent value from our solutions.
  • Participate in client onboarding and transitions, helping ensure smooth adoption and early success.
  • Monitor market and competitor activity relevant to assigned accounts.
  • Build strong working relationships with clients and serve as an internal advocate for their needs.
  • Gather and communicate client feedback to support product and service enhancements.
