• Conduct thorough intake assessments and develop individualized treatment plans that address the unique needs of each client.
• Conduct one-on-one and group therapy sessions focusing on issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship challenges.
• Collaborate with other clinical staff and community organizations to provide comprehensive care and support for clients.
• Participate in ongoing education and training opportunities to stay updated on the latest therapeutic practices and methodologies.
• Contribute insightful ideas to enhance service delivery and improve the overall effectiveness of our therapeutic programs.

Your work will directly impact a broad and diverse clientele, including individuals from various backgrounds and age groups dealing with emotional and mental health challenges. You will engage with clients who are navigating issues such as stress, anxiety disorders, depression, trauma experiences, and relational conflicts. It is essential to tailor your therapeutic approach to meet the unique cultural and personal needs of each client.

• A Master's degree in Psychology, Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related field from an accredited institution.
• An active license in your state, such as LMFT, LMHC, or LCSW, is required.
• A minimum of two years of direct experience working with clients facing emotional and psychological challenges.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to establish rapport quickly with clients from diverse backgrounds.

• Experience with electronic medical records (EMRs) is desirable but not mandatory.
• Previous involvement in community health settings or organizations focused on mental health is a plus.

This position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 52,000 to 70,000 annually, commensurate with experience and hours worked. Additional benefits include:
