Job Description
As a Clinic Director - Physical Therapist, you will play a pivotal role in shaping clinical operations, mentoring staff, and driving excellence in patient care. We are looking for a dynamic leader who is passionate about rehabilitation, committed to professional development, eager to make a lasting impact in the community and is ready to guide a high-performing team while shaping the future of the clinic.
  • Lead clinic operations by upholding policies, improving processes, and promoting a strong customer-service culture
  • Support daily workflow, address urgent situations, and contribute to facility upkeep
  • Foster a positive, energetic clinic environment for staff and patients
  • Oversee patient evaluations, treatment planning, and delivery of care
  • Review referrals, assess patients, and develop comprehensive care plans with measurable goals
  • Ensure high-quality treatment following established protocols and supervise assistants and rehab techs
  • Maintain timely, accurate documentation including evaluations, progress notes, and discharge summaries
  • Communicate effectively with patients, caregivers, physicians, and insurance partners

Qualifications
  • Outpatient and Managerial experience preferred
  • Graduate from a CAPTE- accredited physical therapy program
  • 3-4 years of clinical experience
  • Exercise and manual-based skills with sports rehabilitation experience preferred
  • Oregon PT licensed or licensed eligible
