Job Description
The incumbent in this position is responsible for facilitating temporary housing solutions for Tribal Members participating in the Seminole Tribe of Florida's Housing Relocation Program. The incumbent identifies suitable rental properties, ensures accurate and complete documentation for rental applications, and assists in maintaining an inventory of current assets. This position plays a key role in ensuring that relocation processes are carried out efficiently, while providing exceptional service in accordance with established policies and procedures. The individual serves as an advocate for Tribal Members assisting to meet their housing needs. High School Diploma or GED Diploma is required. Associate's Degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field preferred. A minimum of t Two (2) years of experience in leasing, property management, relocation services, or a related field is required. An equivalent combination of education/training and experience will be considered. Possession of a valid Florida driver's license is required. Demonstrate excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact professionally with clients. Demonstrate excellent organizational and interpersonal skills. Demonstrate proficiency in Microsoft office products. Ability to travel to all reservations and work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays.
