Job description

Our client is an industry leader in their field. They are searching for an Office Coordinator to join their team. This role is onsite, Mon-Fri, in their office located close to the Miami International Airport. This role is for someone who is accustomed to high work load and deadline driven environments. You will be responsible for coordinating documents, answering client emails, and working with the internal staff to make sure all paper work is meeting insurance and compliance standards. Previous experience as an Office Coordinator is required. This position will offer 3 weeks of PTO, 100% of health benefits is covered, and the salary is $55k. Excellent computer skills and communication skills are required. Client will not be offering relocation and sponsorship will not be offered. Client will take preference to candidates currently living in Miami.


Requirements:

Minimum Associates Degree, Bachelor's preferred.

Must have at least 3 years experience as an administrative assistant, coordinator, or customer service
