What we’re looking for:

We are in search of a self-motivated individual to join our fast growing and dynamic team.

What you’ll be doing:

The responsibilities of this position will vary greatly, but primarily focus on the coordination of processing activities for the Service Department. As such, the candidate will be required to field and direct inbound calls during business hours.

This position is one we hold in high regard in order to provide the level of service excellence our customers expect and deserve. Specific duties to include:

  • Scheduling Technicians and Sub-Contractors
  • Scheduling Service Calls

 Scheduling Site Surveys & Preventative Maintenance Calls

  • Providedetailed weekly service reportsas required by Clients

 Tracking service calls and technician productivity

 Requesting RMAs for service parts & repairs

What you bring to the table:

  • Bachelor or equivalent degree orexperience
  • Serviceor Operationalexperience preferred
  • Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
